Simulation and Design Capabilities
Built on a discrete-element structural model for heat conduction, our computational design integrates heat transfer, fluid mechanics, structural mechanics, and thermodynamics to improve the heat-transfer efficiency of the thermal fluid by approximately 33%.
Intelligent Control Algorithms
A PLC-based control architecture is designed around the cooling system to provide strong electromagnetic-interference resistance and scalable performance. It enables intelligent adjustment of cooling energy consumption according to operating requirements. A service life of more than 10 years must be supported by validated product configurations and test evidence.
Thermal-Fluid Materials R&D
BLUEOCEAN GROUP's proprietary BO-series thermal fluid is engineered for high thermal conductivity, low kinematic viscosity, strong dielectric properties, and extended service life. In validated comparisons, its thermal conductivity is up to four times that of comparable products, while its kinematic viscosity is nearly one-tenth; dielectric strength and expected service life must be presented with defined test conditions and benchmarks.
High-Integrity Sealing Design
Our high-integrity sealing design incorporates validated sealing technologies and patented solutions. Products undergo liquid-vibration, material-analysis, destructive, and aging tests to verify sealing performance during operation and transportation. Any no-leakage claim must be supported by defined test conditions and reports.
